📖 What if I don't have enough photos to fill a 20-page photobook?
We'll create a beautiful photobook using the photos you have, carefully designing each page to tell your story.
Please note, the price remains as the 20 page photobook, even if your book contains fewer pages.
👀 Will I see a draft of my photobook before it's printed?
To keep the process simple and affordable, we don't send draft versions before printing.

📸 Need a few tips to ensure the best-quality photobook?
The quality of your photobook starts with the quality of your photos. Here are a few simple tips to help you get the best results:
- 📷 Send us your highest-quality photos whenever possible.
- ☀️ Bright, well-lit photos usually print the best.
- 🌅 You're welcome to include sunsets, sunrises, moon shots, and night-time photos—they often capture some of life's most special moments! However, because these images are naturally darker, they may appear slightly pixelated or less sharp when printed.
- 📱 Avoid sending screenshots or images downloaded from social media, as these are often lower quality than the original photo.
Remember, we'd much rather preserve a special memory than leave it out. Even if a photo isn't perfect, it can still tell a beautiful story. 💛
📱 Need help changing your camera settings?
iPhone
Open Settings → Camera → Formats (or Resolution Control) and enable Resolution Control or ProRAW if available. When taking photos, select the highest available resolution, such as 24MP or 48MP (depending on your iPhone model).
Samsung Galaxy
Open the Camera app, tap the Resolution or Megapixel icon at the top of the screen, and choose the highest available setting, such as 50MP or 200MP (depending on your model).
Other Android Phones
Open the Camera app, tap the Settings (⚙️) icon, then look for Picture Size or Resolution and select the highest available quality.
Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to create my photobook after registering?
Once you’ve registered, you have 6 whole months to complete your photobook. No rush — take your time choosing the perfect moments and telling your beautiful story.
How many photobooks can I create at one time?
Right now, you can create one photobook per order. We know… sometimes one just isn’t enough! We’re working behind the scenes to allow multiple books in one go — exciting things are coming soon. ✨
Is there a maximum number of photos I can add?
You can add as many photos as you like within your book design. Our standard photobook includes 20 pages, which usually fits around 70 photos (depending on orientation and layout).
Need more space for extra memories? You can add additional pages at an extra cost.
Can I reorder a photobook?
Yes! You can reorder a previous photobook within 6 months of your original order. Perfect for gifting grandparents… or keeping one for yourself. 😉
How long will delivery take?
Once your photobook is completed and ready for print, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days. Your memories won’t keep you waiting too long!
How will my photobook be delivered?
Your photobook will be delivered by courier to the address you provide at registration. As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and popular online payment options (such as EFT or online banking). You can see available payment methods at checkout.
Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery fees may vary depending on your location — they will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Can I make changes after I’ve ordered?
Once your order is submitted, your photobook heads straight to print — exciting! Because of this, changes can’t be made afterwards. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need help.
What happens if my book arrives damaged?
Oh no! That’s not what we want at all.
If your book arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
